The house is located on the Pest side of the city, in the Sixth District, in Kiraly street, 100 meters from the "Boscolo Hotel" with the renowned "New York Cafe", and close to the Andrassy Avenue (declared Patrimony of Unesco), the square Oktogon and Liszt Ferenc Tere and the Opera, all areas with many restaurants and trendy pubs. From the apartment you can easily reach every part of the city thanks to the public transport, in fact the apartment is only 250 meters from OKTOGON metro stop (yellow line). The apartment is in a historical building.

The apartment is in a historical building, on the second floor. It is 100 sqm, with 2 bedrooms, living room with sofa bed, a large lounge, open-space kitchen and two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with shower. (Both the bathrooms aren't inside the rooms)
There are a total of 6 beds extendable up to 8:
- a double bed
- 2 single beds (can be transformed in a double bed)
- a sofa bed
- if needed, we have other two sofas available.
The house is very light and designed to be lived day by day even for medium and long periods, has been designed taking care of every detail including the furniture and the design.
The house is warm in winter, thanks to the self-heating system, and cool in summer, without the aid of any air conditioning.
For delivery of the keys, we have local employees who speak English, Italian and Hungarian.
There are a total of 6 beds extendable up to 8:
- a double bed
- 2 single beds (can be transformed in a double bed)
- a sofa bed
- if needed, we have other two sofas available.
