The apartment is located on the Pest side of Budapest, in the 6th district, on the square OKTOGON close to the Andrassy Avenue (declared Patrimony of UNESCO), and Liszt Ferenc Tere, areas with many restaurants and pubs. From the apartment you can easily reach every part of the city thanks to the proximity of the Metro stop OKTOGON (about 10 meters).

The house is very cozy, fully furnished, suitable for both short-stay holidaymakers than for long-term stays. Housed in an historic building, the apartment has 2 bedrooms, each with bathroom, (ie 2 bathrooms), living room with an excellent quality open kitchen. There are a total of 6 beds. The whole apartment is 65 sqm, on the first floor of the building, overlooking the quiet internal courtyard. There is the heating system for the winter and air conditioning for the summer.
