The apartment is in an ancient style building dated back 800, located on the "Vaci Utca", a few dozen meters from the ancient "Coffee Gerbeaud", the popular spot frequented by the hungarian literati. Inside the building there is a porter. The apartment is located 250 mt. from the subway station "Deák Ferenc Tere", well known because it is the only intersection between the 3 underground lines. The windows look out directly on the Vaci Utca.

The apartment is about 110 square meters and consists of 3 bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen (with stainless steel stove, like restaurants) and two bathrooms, one with bathtub and one with shower. The apartment has been recently renewed and has large windows with double glazing, so it is very bright and airy. 4 windows face right on the infamous Váci Utca. It is warm in winter thanks to the heating system and cool in summer thanks to the thick walls. The apartment is finished with parquet curtains, not common in Hungary; the windows are double (internal and external window box), ensuring a good insulation.
There are a total of 6 beds, extendable up to 8:
- a double bed
- 2 single beds (can be transformed in a double bed)
- a double sofa bed
- if needed, another sofa bed
The house is very bright and designed to be lived day by day even for medium and long term rentals. The house is warm in winter, thanks to the self-heating system and cool in summer, without air conditioning, it is not necessary.
For delivery of the keys, we have local employees who speak English, Italian and Hungarian.
