The apartment lies in an ancient style building, end of '800, in the fifth district, right on "Vaci Utca", few meters from the ancient "Coffee Gerbeaud", the popular spot frequented by writers of the history of Hungary. Inside the building there is the porter. The apartment windows look out directly on Vaci Utca, a pedestrian island dedicated to shopping.

The apartment is located 250 mt. from the subway station "Deák Ferenc Tere", well known because it is the only intersection between the 3 underground lines. The apartment is about 110 square meters and consists of one bedroom for 3 people, a living room with sofa bed, a kitchen with dining table, a bathroom with shower and another bathroom with only a toilet.
The apartment has been recently renewed and has large windows with double glazing, enjoying high brightness and airy. The 4 windows face the well known "Vaci Utca", an important pedestrian island. It is warm in winter thanks to the heating system, and cool in summer thanks to the thick walls. Thanks to the location of the building, from the apartment you can see many people walking and shopping. There are a total of 3 beds, all double, for a total of 6 bed places. The apartment is finished with parquet curtains, not common in Hungary.
The house is very bright and designed to be lived day by day even for medium and long term rentals.
For delivery of the keys, we have local employees who speak English, Italian and Hungarian.
