Apartment Vaci 23 gold Small
The apartment is located in the fifth district in an ancient style building of the end of '800, near "Vaci Utca", a pedestrian island of the city center, a few dozen meters from the ancient "Coffee Gerbeaud , the popular spot frequented by the literati of the history of Hungary. Inside the building there is the porter. The apartment windows look directly into the courtyard and the apartment is very bright and airy.

The apartment is located 250 mt. from the subway stop "Deák Ferenc Tere", well known because it is the only the 3 Budapest lines. It is about 50 sqm. and consists of a double bedroom, a living room with a sofa bed and a single bed, a full kitchen and a bathroom with shower. The apartment is on the third floor, has been recently renewed, and has large windows with double glazing. Thanks to the 4 windows overlooking the inner courtyard, the apartment is bright and airy.
It is warm in winter thanks to the heating system and cool in summer thanks to the thick walls. There are a total of 3 beds: one double and one single. The apartment is finished with parquet curtains (not common in Hungary); the windows are double (internal and external window box), ensuring a good insulation to the outside. The house is very bright and designed to be lived day by day even for medium and long periods.
For delivery of the keys, we have local employees who speak English, Italian and Hungarian.
