Located in the historical city center of Budapest, on the Rakoczi Utca corner Karoly Korut, few steps from the pedestrian island of Vaci Utca and the underground.

The house is located in the PEST part of the city, in the VII° district, near Rakoczi Utca, in front of Hotel Astoria (first inn built in Europe), next to the Italian Palace for Foreign Trade (glass palace), 30 meters from the biggest synagogue of Europe, 3 minutes walking from the famous pedestrian island VACI UTCA and nearby the Elisabeth Bridge (historical bridge of Budapest). From the apartment you can easily reach every part of the city thanks to public transports. The apartment is 10 meters far from the underground stop ASTORIA (Red Line).
Externally the building comes in white travertine end of '800, with small wrought iron balconies. The house is located on the fourth floor and is served by an elevator. The internal spiral staircase is very wide and reveals all the charm of the late '800. Inside the building there is a gatekeeper. Once you get on the floor, the house shows a front door made of wood, wrought iron and opaque glass.
The apartment has 2 rooms, kitchen and bathroom. Entering on the right you can find a small but functional kitchen with everything you need for cooking (pots, cups, plates, oven and refrigerator). On the left is placed the bathroom with a shower box, decorated in Italian style. Walking forward and behind a door between the bathroom and the kitchen, you enter the first room of about 20 square meters and going even further, you go into a bedroom of about 14 square meters. There are a total of 4 bed places: one bed is a double bed and one bed can be used as double bed or 2 single beds. The house is very bright thanks to two large French windows with wrought iron balconies that overlook the square.
The apartment is finished with curtains and parquet making it's certainly not common to Hungarian standards. The windows have the characteristic of being double (internal and external window box), ensuring an excellent soundproofing to the outside. The furniture is made in Ikea style... armchair, sofa and 6 seats glass table with chairs. The house is warm in winter, thanks to functional radiators, and cool in summer, without the aid of any air conditioning, because it is not necessary.
For delivery of the keys, we have local employees who speak English, Italian and Hungarian.
